Tony Stark gets "a mild inspiration" and uses an inverted Mobius Strip simulation to figure out time travel. He gets this idea by looking at a photo of him and Peter Parker, holding an inverted (upside-down) certificate.

Avengers: Endgame, 2012 Thor mentions that they are going to lunch. He is referring to the Avengers post-credit scene where they are eating shawarma.

All of Scott Lang's belongings are being stored in unit 616, where he reappears from the quantum realm. Earth-616 is the primary universe continuity in Marvel comics.

When Scott Lang (Ant-Man) finds his name on the memorial for the vanished, directly underneath is is the name Charlotte Lee. In 2018 Stan Lee's dog, Charlotte, went missing and was later found and returned by NFL legend Jim Brown.

There is a box of canes and walking sticks inside Thor's front door, a nod to the comic book character's alter-ego, Donald Blake, whose cane became Mjolnir when he struck it on the ground

Avengers: Endgame (2019) it's exactly 1 minute from when Dr Strange holds up one finger to when Tony snaps his fingers.

You can see Hawkeyes license plate when he travels to the past. The plate is "182 TUI." The movie's running time is 182 minutes, and the comic - Avengers Vol 1 #182 was released on April 10th 1979, exactly 40 years to the day before Endgame's tickets went on sale.

Avengers: Endgame (2019) both the Hulk and Tony wear the gauntlet on their right hand, whereas Thanos wears it on his left for his snap in IW - left-handedness being "sinister".

Peter Parker is holding his internship certificate upside down in typical, dorky web-head fashion

the scene where you first see Ant-Man, there is another storage facility with the name "Walker" on it. Patricia Walker(Hellcat) lived in San Francisco for a while in the comics.

Through confirmation with the VFX team, you can just barely see Arnim Zola's (Captain America 1 & 2) face on a monitor in the background during 1970

When referencing movies before sending Hawkeye into the past, Scott mentions "Die Hard" played by Bruce Willis. He most likely meant to reference Looper (2012), also played by Bruce Willis, a movie about time travel.

Ant-Man was able to survive the attack on the Avengers compound by shrinking down when the first blast hit.

New Asgard, they brew Asgardian Ale

Tony Stark cracks the time travel model after seeing a picture of him and Peter Parker holding an "inverted" diploma.

Thor's opening attack with Stormbreaker was aiming for Thanos' head. Following his advice from Avengers: Infinity War

Tony Stark's fall off Stark Tower parallels his fall in Marvel's The Avengers, including the Mark 85 and Mark 7 suit-ups, respectively. The nanotech Mark 85 suit-up is more nonchalant and roughly 3x faster than the Mark 7, emphasizing how advanced his technology has become.

You can hear how the background birds chirping greatly lowers in volume as the snap happens.

The Benatar's engines switch modes from air-breathing jets to closed-cycle plasma as it exits the atmosphere

There is a portal in the background too small for a human to pass through. That's where The Wasp came from

The music that plays as Tony takes the Infinity Stones from Thanos is the same music from the Avengers (2012) scene where Tony flies the nuke through the wormhole. Both of these scenes display the "sacrifice play" Tony was willing to make.

Cap looks in the direction where the old version of himself is sat on a bench and says "I'll be back". Presumably he sees him and realises his plan is going to work.

- When Thanos and his army get snapped, Proxima Midnight can be seen holding wounded Corvus Glaive in her arms and embracing him as they get dusted away. This is to show that they were married, which is also confirmed by directors of the movie.

Tony Stark was able to perfectly flick Ant-man into the Tesseract case because he had been practicing by playing Paper Football with Nebula on the Benatar

When Thor is using eye drops, he only puts them in his left eye because his right eye is robotic.

While Black Panther is running with the gauntlet Ant-Man can be seen in the background fighting. However at this time Scott is supposed to be inside the van, hot wiring the time machine

Just before placing the Power Stone back in the gauntlet, its energy is seen consuming Thanos' hand and arm. The same effect of holding the stone is seen in Guardians of the Galaxy (2014).

Dr. Strange's hands are shaking while he holds back a massive wall of water, this is because he is focusing his energy more on the water instead of controlling the damaged nerves in his hands.

The music played during Thanos's "I am inevitable" snap was based Iron Man's (almost) "death" from Avengers (2012)

Nebula damages her mechanical hand retrieving the Power Stone. 2014 Nebula wears a glove to hide the fact that her hand is undamaged and blue, to not get recognized as a fake.
