The depiction of a black hole was created using Einstein's equations and required completely new CGI rendering software that was so accurate that it provided enough scientific insight to publish three scientific papers

The wormhole is located next to Saturn, Roman god of agriculture; sometimes conflated with Cronus, the god of time; Greek equivalent to Kronos, a major father figure in Greek myth. Agriculture, Time, and Fatherhood are also main subjects of the movie. (Source: Cracked)

Tars has dots on his body which could be Braille used for those who have eye disabilities

When Ranger 1 surfs the gnarly tidal wave, Anne Hathaway gets knocked to the ground and TARS pins her against the wall to prevent her from flopping around. (approximately 4m50s)

The Sand Strom was made without VFX in order to obtain the realistic nature . So they hired a real town and spread the sand with gaint fans. After finished the shooting they cleaned the entire town.

There are numerous scenes of corn fields. Combines are seen working throughout the movie but the corn hasn't tasseled yet, meaning there isn't a single kernel on any of those plants that are being harvested.

Cooper wears an automatic watch, which winds itself using the wearer's natural movement. After he wakes up from several months in cryostasis he can be seen manually adjusting the time and date as his watch would have stopped after a few motionless days.

Cooper initiates a 60 RPM spin while docking the Endurance, and the tempo of the background music is 60 BPM

The world is suffering from a blight and the last crop left is corn. The dinner table has only items made from corn on it (pancakes, chowder, cornbread, corn syrup).

The tides of Miller's planet are moving in multiple directions due to the gravitational pull of the nearby Black Hole (Gargantua).

Brand mentions Miller most likely died minutes before Cooper's arrival due to the extreme time slippage. This means that the wave we see headed away from them earlier in the movie is the same wave that killed Miller.

When Ms. Brand realises that Miller the person who on the water planet just probably died minutes ago, you can actually see it happening. There was a shot of a ship crashing as they are landing from the sky.

Cooper catches his daughter Murph hiding under a blanket in his truck. Later, when he leaves forever on his mission, he checks under his blanket secretly hoping she's hiding under there.

Everything they eat is made of corn because it's the only crop they can still grow. So they make varied dishes with it and juice too.

Only Brand passes out when Cooper attempts to dock the spinning Endurance because she hasn't undergone High-G training in the past, but Cooper did because he's a trained NASA pilot

Christopher Nolan's "Interstellar", Donald (Grandpa) complains, "Popcorn at a ball game is unnatural. I want a hotdog." The blight had made it difficult for livestock to survive, disabling the sale of hotdogs. Corn, however, survived, thus making popcorn a practical concession.

Grown Murph wears almost the same jacket as her father Cooper did, in order to remember him.

Time is so important that even the ship is shaped like a clock where each compartment represents one hour. when the ship becomes sticky in space and has to be recovered, the song that plays during the scene is "No TIME for Caution"

When Cooper spots an Indian Air Force drone and tries to capture it with his tech/laptop while his son drives the car, you can see it is indeed an Indian drone as the language displayed on the laptop screen is Hindi, one of the most popular and official languages of India.

It Chapter Two when Jessica Chastain is trapped in a toilet cubicle, some graffiti says 'Murphy's law'. Chastain played a character called Murph in Interstellar, who was named after Murphy's law.

Realized the irony of the classroom scene in 'Interstellar' when Cooper arrives with a drone strapped to his truck to find out Murph's teacher don't believe man went to the moon

You can see that they stuff the HVAC with rags to keep the dust out during dust storms.

Damon says he is going to save all humankind. That humans won't adapt until its survival is on the line and McConaughey wasn't tested like he was. Without the ship blowing up and McConaughey sacrificing himself, Plan B was the only option. Damon's a hero.

Professor Brand suddenly breaks eye contact from Cooper and appears guilty when asked how long the mission will take

Аs the blight continues to grow there is a shot of a pickup truck evacuating with a girl sitting in the back. The girl is Flora Nolan, Chris Nolan's daughter.

As the lander and the Endurance hits the stratosphere, the glass at the bottom of the lander turns red.

At the water planet, the waves were so high that they reached the clouds.

- Cooper complains to his kid's teachers that he doesn't understand what his tax money is going toward. Later Dr. Brand explains that NASA still exists secretly because the general public wouldn't accept spending money on space exploration.

Cooper tells Murph that Murphy's Law means that what can happen will happen and then a drone flies by. This seems to be reference to the idea that technological advancements that are possible are also inevitable.
