When rocket is being analyzed by the nova corps, under "associates" its says Lylla so that means she is in the MCU

When Drax, Groot, and Rocket are drunkenly fighting in the bar, Drax explains the reason for the brawl and says, "This vermin speaks of affairs he knows nothing about." We find out in a deleted scene that this affair was Rocket disrespecting the death of Drax's family.
