The princess offers Eggsy "to do it in the bum" if he saves the world. After he returns, the code to unlock her door is 2625 which spells ANAL on a numberpad.
Eggsy's reluctance to kill an innocent animal causes him to crash a car, get arrested, and join the Kingsman. At the end of his training, his same reluctance is what gets him kicked out.
The poisoned drinks can be seen shaking after the camera cuts back to them, indicating that Eggsy made the switch.
Eggsy is seen wearing shoes with wings on them, this is a reference to the iconic pair winged shoes worn by famous musician Elton John. Matthew Vaughn very much wanted Elton John to make an appearance in the film however, he only joined them for the sequel.
The villain Valentine (who wants to cull the world population except for the elite to "protect" the Earth) owns panda paintings that allude to the WWF logo. Julian Huxley was a founder of WWF and a famed eugenicist. His brother, Aldous Huxley, wrote Brave New World.
When Valentine's security chips blow up the hosts' heads, they do so in multicolour, as he states he hates gore.
The taxi that Harry travels in is the same taxi that Eggsy uses in Kingsman: The Golden Circle. When Harry was assumed dead, they must've passed this down, just like they did with their codenames.
Harry drinks a pint of Guinness before fighting several gang members. Behind him is an advertisement that says "A Guinness for strength".
During the church fight scene, Harry Heart/Galahad is visibly confused after an explosion goes off next to him, partially deafening him for a couple of seconds. This is because he is no longer able to hear the high pitch sound turning him crazy.
A butterfly collection is seen in Harry's house in the room where Mr. Pickle is displayed.
The protagonist and antagonist (later in the film) are the only ones not wearing a shirt after the first training exercise has concluded.
Early in the film, Eggsy crashed the stolen car while trying to avoid a cat in the road. Later on, he was booted out of Kingsman candidacy when he wouldn't shoot his dog.
During the church scene, Harry fires 10 shots before reloading (The first shot was from the shotgun attachment). He then fires another 10 shots before running out of ammunition.
The body guard is first suspicious of the the agent at the door because he used the wrong knock pattern.
The antagonist, Richard Valentine states that he hates the sight of blood and gore. This is why the exploding heads at the end of the movie are made to be so colourful.
After the "shoot the dog" scene, Arthur says about Roxy "At least the girl's got balls". Later on, she is hanging from a pair of massive inflatable "balloons".
