When Piper rattles off MacGruber's military accomplishments, it's an absurdly big list over an impossible time period, but "six tours in Desert Storm" is ridiculous in its own right because Desert Storm -- the combat phase of the 1990-1991 Gulf War -- lasted only 43 days.
