The guy in the morgue was not killed when he was attacked and slimed to the ceiling by the Bug. He was seen later in Men in Black 2 as an owner of a video store.

Agent J's 3rd grade teacher is revealed to be an alien, teaching in Philadelphia. Where another of Will Smith's characters was born and raised.

Jay drops a quick dig on executive producer, Stephen Spielberg when viewing the bad special effects in the fictionalized story of the Light of Zartha.

Chris Hemsworth's character H struggles to find a weapon and ends up with a hammer, this is a reference to his other character Thor in the MCU who also uses a hammer as a weapon.

The bug in Edgar's body asks about the cat at the morgue, saying, "It means worlds to me." He said "worlds" and not "the world", because of the galaxy contained in the cat's collar.

J gives K a dirty look after he is introduced as "Agent Black", which is why later in the film K looks at J while introducing him as "Dr. White" to make sure that's better

Jay asks Kay not to refer to him as 'kid', 'son' or 'sport' in recognition of the skills that landed him the job. Kay then proceeds to use all those words to refer to him at differing parts of the movie, in precisely that order.

When K is asked to give J a weapon, there's a pistol missing from the cabinet. Later K is seen with it at the coroner's office.

After Kay blows up Edgar the bug from the inside, you can see Edgar's top half moving into position in the background behind them. This is how he is able to surprise attack them during their conversation about the galaxy.

During the ending scene the reflection in the marble briefly reveals what the alien looks like

J takes a sip of the lemonade that Beatrice serves him while she tells them the story of her husband's abduction. He spits it out because she'd already used all her sugar in the water she served the alien at the beginning of the movie, making the lemonade bitter.

When J and K are interviewing Edgar's wife, J spits his lemonade out after taking a sip. That's because there's no sugar in it, since Edgar drank all of the sugar.
