When introducing his sister Peele says "This is my sister Dagny. Born on the same exact week as me". People in the community have to reach the age of 72 to take their lives away so Peele will most likely end his life along with his sister.

There is a painting hanging in Dani's apartment of a little girl wearing a crown and kissing a massive bear (explanation in comments).

A camera dolly track was mistakenly present in the final cut of the film.

Dani's clothes are all ill-fitting and baggy. The first outfit she fits into is the dress the village makes for her, showing that she fits in there better than elsewhere.

Is filled with some amazing foreshadowing makes rewatching it extremely rewarding.

- Mark displays an extreme phobia of ticks, which is based on Ari Aster's real-life fear of bugs and illness. Like Mark, Aster wore two pairs of socks over his jeans to ensure he would not receive bug bites.

Pelle's empathy-inducing story with Dani has a twisted double-meaning

The opening frame with the tapestry depicts the entire layout of the story.

You can see a picture of Dani on her parents' nightstand. The vase with flowers behind the portrait foreshadows Dani being crowned as May Queen later in the movie.

Christians pie is specifically marked with a leave underneath to make sure he gets the right one.

You can clearly see the MC's sister killing herself in the trees, the tube that funneled car exhaust into her mouth is the yellow shrub in the back which leads up and into a face in the trees.

Christian's breakfast pie is marked with a leaf (because it is made with pubic hair specifically for him) and his drink is slightly redder (due to the blood added to it as part of the love ritual he doesn't know about).

Midsommar, [2019] when Dani is sleeping at Christians house, a painting on the wall foreshadows their fate. A little girl wearing a crown and a bear. Hinting at Dani becoming a May Queen and Christian as the guy going to be sacrificed in the bear skin.

The mural in the opening tells the whole plot of the movie.

Pelle tells Christian "Don't forget about all the Swedish women you can impregnate in June." This is foreshadowing Christian later taking the virginity of young Maja at the mid-summer festival in Sweden.
