Octopussy Movie Trivia
During the car chase scene in India in Octopussy (1983), a local on a bicycle suddenly cycles between the two fighting vehicles. This was completely unscripted.
One of the Indian stuntmen (specifically the one that wields the deadly yo-yo) broke his left arm. Despite this, he stayed on and finished filming his scenes with his arm in a cast. This is visible in the movie.

The director mounted a stuffed tiger on a wheelbarrow and shoved it at the camera, to stimulate a tiger charging at James Bond. The stuffed tiger came from the palace of the ruling Maharana ("King of kings"). The director had noticed it and asked to borrow it for the movie.
