When Silva is escaping through the underground, he slides down between two escalators, an area that is usually blocked by signs to prevent this happening. These signs are over the floor when Silva reaches the bottom, showing that someone had previously removed them to aid his escape.
Bond tells Eve to not touch her earpiece when they're undercover in the casino in Macau; a reference to the beginning of Casino Royale where the terrorist bombmaker spots Bond's fellow agent touching his ear and blowing their cover, starting off the initial chase sequence.
's opening scene Bond and Q sit before a painting of a one decorated warship being decommissioned. In the final scene Bond stands in front of another painting of the ship in it's fighting prime.
