Tiffany Espensen is credited as "Cindy." This is a reference to Cindy Moon AKA Silk, the second person bitten by the radioactive spider after Peter.

The uploader of the "Amazing Man-Spider" video is RocketRobinson67. This is likely a reference to Robbie Robertson, who debuted in "The Amazing Spider-Man" in 1967. Robbie was an employee at The Daily Bugle in the original comics.

Peter lies to Tony during a fight by telling him the sound of a foghorn is from band practice. Tony calls him out, telling him that Peter told Happy that he quit band practice. In the beginning of the movie, we see his text to Happy telling him that he quit.

Peter thought Tony was going for a hug and Tony said "We're not there yet". In "Endgame" Tony catches Peter off guard with a hug.... he got there.

When Vulture drops Spider-Man drops Spider-Man into the lake, he can be seen silhouetted against the moon, referencing the Batman logo, who Michael Keaton (the Vulture) played in Batman and its sequel, Batman Returns.

When Happy goes to retrieve Peter's new Spiderman suit in its metal case, he has a hard time pulling it out of the car trunk. When Peter offers to carry it himself, he runs with the case in hand with ease, showing a subtle glimpse of his super strength.

The vulture says "Good Old Spider-Man" while waiting at a traffic light. During the scene it stays on red, lighting up his face and indicating his uncertainty about SM's identity. Once he's sure Peter is SM, the traffic light changes, lighting up his face in green.

Peter's phone progressively gets more and more cracked after each battle.

The Captain America video they show the students depicts Steve Rogers wearing his Avengers 1 outfit. Implying the teachers have been showing the same video repeatedly for at least the past 5 years. Befitting of a public school in a poorer neighbourhood.

Where Peter Parker correctly answers the question in their physics class. Turns out they were studying pendulums which Peter knows too well as he needed to learn this to swing more efficiently.

Spider-Man never punches any of the villains he fights. He uses his webs, he counters his enemies punches which causes them to punch each other, he even kicks them, but he never punches them.

While going to Washington for the quiz you can see the diversion board for cleanup of the triskelion, i.e. a callback to the winter soldier

Tony stark opens the car door for Peter with his right hand, which leads to an awkward hug. This is because his left arm was crushed by a car while he was fighting in Berlin

the final fight of Spider-Man: Homecoming, Spider-Man burns his fingers trying to lift a piece of burning metal. The second time, he digs his hands into the sand a bit to create a barrier and protect his hands from the hot metal.

When Peter Parker is taking Flash's car, Flash says,"Sorry about dinner, but I know when branzino is fresh, and that was not fresh!" Branzino is the meal that Andrew Garfield's Spider-Man didn't know how to eat at Gwen's house in Amazing Spider-Man. Nice reference marvel.

When Vulture ponders Peters true Identity the reflection from the traffic light on his face is red and turns green the moment he figures out Peters hero identity.

When Ned distracts Peter with questions while he's doing ab crunches, the coach compliments Peter for being able to do it so well. Peter realizes he's doing a lot too quickly, so he slows down and pretends to struggle with his exercise.

Bruce Banner's picture is on the wall in Peter Parker's school along with other very famous scientists including Albert Einstein and Isaac Newton.
