The Avengers Movie Trivia
Robert Downey Jr. always hid snacks around the set for when he got hungry. One day he randomly offered Chris Evans blueberries in the middle of a scene, and they kept it in.
Tony Stark calls out one of the bridge crew for playing Galaga. As soon as Stark leaves, he starts playing again and you can see his current score is the same as the high score. He was in the middle of his best game ever.
Ignore the 'Bierkeller' signs. When Loki orders the citizens of 'Stuttgart' to kneel in The Avengers (2012), that's the Tower City Complex on Public Square in Cleveland, Ohio (which once housed Higbee's, the department store where Ralphie first sees the Red Ryder BB Gun in 1983's A Christmas Story).
During Loki's attack in Germany, Steve Rogers compares Loki with Adolf Hitler. Hitler died in 1945, 6 years after the beginning of WW2. Loki died during Infinity War in 2018, 6 years after the Avengers.

In the end credit scene, Thanos's aid tells him "to challenge [humans] is to court death." This is a nod to Thanos's comic-book motive, which was to literally court/marry Lady Death.
When Tony meets Bruce for the first time he compliments him on his "unparalleled" work in the field of antielectron (aka positron) collisions. The byproduct of positron/electron collisions is gamma ray photons. Tony is praising the research that turned Banner into the Hulk.
A similar musical cue is used when we think Tony Stark is about to sacrifice himself as to when he actually does sacrifice himself.
On the S.H.I.E.L.D screens showing the aftermath of the NYC attack, you can see they are file "A113." A nod to Disney and their animated movies.

There is a small screen showing the heat signature in the room where Loki is being held which shows that he has a cold body temperature because he is a frost giant.
After Hawkeye says "They can't bank worth a damn, find a tight corner", Jarvis immediately plots a route around a corner on Tony's helmet display.
The guy playing Galaga when Stark leaves the room is beating his own high score! (I don't know if this has been addressed yet, if so I'm sorry)
After the Cloak of Levitation smacks Tony Stark for leaning on the Cauldron of the Cosmos, the echo in the Cauldron sounds distant and rings faintly for longer than expected, as if the cauldron has a lot more space on the inside.
Tony makes a comment about meeting up after the battle at a Shawarma place near by. This is how he knew where it was -- He saw it earlier, during the battle.
When Hawkeye fires at Maria Hill, even though he's shooting a gun, he positions his body with his shoulder blades very far back, just as he would if he were firing bow and arrow. Almost everyone other S.H.I.E.L.D agent in the film uses the traditional 'cup and saucer' method.
