A Christmas Carol movie hidden details

Scrooge's grave shows he was born on 7th February, Charles Dickens' birthday.

The living Jacob Marley was figuratively blind to the plights of the poor. In death, he appears to be literally blind. Earlier in the movie, Scrooge had removed the Charon's obol from the eyes of Marley's corpse.

Marley's ghost is missing a tooth. Pulling teeth was a typical way to treat toothaches in Dickens' time and was a fairly common occurrence to members of the upper class (like Scrooge and Marley) due to their easy access to high amounts of sugar.
