Atlantis: The Lost Empire (1999) may not be the best Disney movie but I was always impressed by the world building. It's set right before ww1 and the details of the era are really well done. Look at the rivets, the track set up, even the oversized wheel.
As Milo chases after a member of the museum board near the beginning, a U.S Army recruitment poster with Uncle Sam can be seen in the background. However, the film takes place in 1914. The poster wasn't made until 1917, after the United States entered World War 1.
