A man dressed in red can be seen in a large tube during the Stark Expo 1943. This character is also known as the Human Torch, an android that could set himself aflame, created by scientist Phineas Horton.
Cap throws a Hydra agent out of the Valkyrie who screams as he falls in Captain America: The First Avenger (2011). This is mimicked in The Avengers (2012) when he throws a mind-controlled Shield agent off the Helicarrier, who falls and screams in the same way.
