The final shot of his theatre tour closely resembles his iconic round shield, which he had yet to recieve in the movie

During the theater scene there is considerably more females than males in the theater. That is because most of the male population was drafted for the war.

When Dr. Erskine is telling Steve about his denial to give Schmidt the super soldier serum, even though no sound is present in the flash back, you can make out the Dr. Erskine says "Nien" instead of "No" which is appropriate because they were in Germany.

Captain America: The First Avenger Plot: Steve Rogers, a rejected military soldier, transforms into Captain America after taking a dose of a "Super-Soldier serum". But being Captain America comes at a price as he attempts to take down a war monger and a terrorist organization.

I am pretty sure that you've watched Captain America: The First Avenger, maybe in a theater near you or on the small screen, but probably not many of the small details have taken your attention. Most of the previous facts are hidden for some reason, but still, there is plenty of randomly forgetten stuff that makes the movie unique and interesting.
