During the the Hydra fight there is a lighting strike as the Hydras rear up for the kill, Hercules then looks up to see another strike and has the idea to collapse the cliff, potentially his dad Zeus giving him a hint?
Hercules Movie Easter Eggs
At the part where Hercules is accosted in Thebes by a crazy man screaming "The end is coming!", the graffiti on the wall behind him reads "The end coming", "The end is near" and "FIN".
The titular character throws his Scar coat on the floor as a throw rug, in reference to what Zazu says to Mufasa in Lion King (1994).
There is a reference to the Ancient Greek play, Oedipus Rex; during his date with Meg, Hercules talks about the play they saw together, that "Oedipus thing". Oedipus was the tragic hero who killed his own father and married his mother.

Hercules movie hidden details
When Hercules first walks into Phil's cabin he hits his head on the mast of the Argo. In the original myth, Jason, the captain of the Argo, was killed when the mast hit his head.
The Fates tell Hades "In 18 years precisely the planets will align ever so nicely", but only show 6 planets. The Greeks were only aware of 5 planets (plus Earth) which they could see with the naked eye.
Phil continuously says "Two words for you" when responding with either one or three. This is because in Greek, the phrases in question are actually two words.
One guy just goes "nope" and starts walking backwards
The scissors that the fortune tellers use to cut Meg's thread of life already had cracks on the blades. These cracks are because the scissors can't cut through the thread of Gods, referencing when Hades failed to kill Zeus before the birth of Hercules.
