The architect that Dom hires to design the dream level mazes is named Ariadne. In Greek mythology Ariadne was a Cretan princess associated with mazes and labyrinths.
Aurthur is limping. Earlier he was shot by Mal in a dream and as per her the mind remembers the pain even after you wake up. So the limping shows that his mind is still recovering from the pain.
Cobb and Stephen discuss the difficulty of extradition between France and the US. This is a reference to "Catch Me If You Can", a movie where Leo's character goes through that process due to an exception being made in his case.

In the cafe where Cobb talks to Eames in Mombassa, a gentleman can be seen reading Taifa Leo. It's a real thing - and the only Swahili-language newspaper published in Kenya.
When Hobbs is shooting the guards with a silenced pistol he catches the casings to avoid detection from the other guards.

Ariadne draws the circular maze that gets her the job on the cover of the notepad. This is because the paper is gridded, which would trick a human into drawing a square or rectangular shape.

Fischer gives arbitrary numbers for a combination he doesn't know. They later appear again as the blondes phone number from the bar, the hotel room numbers, and eventually the combination to his father's safe.

Micheal Caine's character hires Ariadne to be part of the job, but also to help Cobb get out of his downward spiral following his wife's death. Ariadne is the name of the Greek myth who helped Theseus escape the labyrinth.
