Obadiah tells Tony that the arc reactor is his 'ninth symphony.' In the classical music world, there is a belief that after a composer writes their ninth symphony they would die. He was implying that the arc reactor would be the last thing Tony created before Obadiah kills him.
Obadiah reveals himself as the antagonist while playing the piano. The piece he plays is by Antonio Salieri, a rival of Mozart who was believed by many to be jealous and bitter of his rival's success.
When discussing Tony's involvement with the Avengers, a map pinpointing every future movie location is shown in the background, including Wakanda and possibly Atlantis.
(I am not sure if this fits here) In Iron Man (2008) when pepper is looking through the under the table shipping manifest which were set up by Iron Monger (Jeff Bridges) the vessel is called the MSC Lebowski.
During Fury and Stark's meeting, you can see a map of locations where each future Avenger was located. (Malibu - Iron Man; New Mexico - Thor; Greenland - Captain America; etc). Even Namor was hinted this early, since a location in the south Atlantic is encircled.
