Megamind Movie Easter Eggs
Various locations of the Metro city have the "No You Can't" posters, a parody of the "Yes We Can" campaign poster of Barack Obama.
Hal has a book titled "Best Comic Book Villains Ever" foreshadowing him becoming a villain later.
One of the plot points in Megamind (2010) is that he uses a watch to disguise himself as different people. You can tell when it is him in disguise by the change in eye colour from the real person's to Megamind's bright green eyes.

Megamind movie hidden details
After Roxanne learns that Megamind has been lying to her and he insists that "I can explain," one of his famous "No You Can't" posters appears in the background.
When we first see Roxanne she's dressed in red (a color that goes well with Metroman's aesthetic.) Then as we see her getting to know Megamind, she's usually seen in purple (a cross between red and blue) and by the end of the movie she's dressed in all blue (MegaMind's signature color.)
Whenever the camouflage watch is used, the eye color of the user persists on the projection. (Megaminds Green eyes and Minion's Brown eyes)
After explosion you can see minion's skeleton showing through his skin
Metro Man (Brad Pitt) is caught having faked his death and explains to Megamind and Roxanne that on the day he did it, he used his super speed to go for a walk and clear his head. In the live feed projections, you can see him blip out for a tenth of a second and blip back.
You can tell that Megamind is impersonating Metro Man near the end of the film by the color of his eyes. Whenever he uses his disguise watch, his eyes remain green.
