Loves his steak. However, actor Joe Gries did not eat red meat at the time of shooting. During these scenes, Gries would spit the steak into the napkin when wiping his mouth.

Napoleon's uncle Rico always talks about how if the coach would have put him in they would have won state. When Pedro is talking to the principal you can see a second place trophy for football behind him.
Pedro's campaign promise "Vote for me and I'll make your wildest dreams come true" actually happens. From the moment he is elected, almost every character has their wildest dream come true
Rico said that his lover broke up with him because he was "always in 82' " and later we see that he used the fake time machine to try to go back to 1982
Uncle Rico references how he could have won the state championship in 1982 if his coach put him in the game. Later in the film during the time machine scene, the machine is set to 1982 before Napoleon tries it out, Uncle Rico having tried it first.
As Uncle Rico is popping in his football video to show Napoleon and Kip, he writes the letter O in his name in the shape of a football.
While Kip is on the phone with Napoleon his tower of cheese gets taller every cut.
