The Combat Carl in snow gear repeatedly gets left hanging while the other two high five. However, he does finally get his high five by Duke Caboom at the very end of the film when they both appear in place of Luxo the lamp in the Pixar logo after the credits

the background of one of the classroom scenes, you can see a girl that either is, or very closely resembles boo from monsters inc. Knowing pixar, probably the former.

While Buzz is repeatedly presses the button that sounds his pre-recorded voice, one of the things it says is 'Open the pod bay doors'. This is an iconic line from 2001: A Space Odyssey.

Kenner action figures of Obi Wan and Ponda Baba can be seen reenacting the cantina scene from A New Hope.

The gas station in Toy Story 4 (2019) is owned by Dinoco from Cars (2006), and also appeared in previous Toy Story movies

The gas station where the family stops during the road trip is Dinoco. Dinoco is a major racing team from Cars. Dinoco also makes an appearance in the gas station in Toy Story 1

If you look below Bonnie's backpack, one of the kid's own a Battlesaurs lunchbox with Reptillus Maximus standing in the front. Reptillus Maximus was a major character introduced in the Toy Story TV special That Time Forgot(2014).

When Bonnie and his parents took a field trip they stopped at a gas station owned by Dinoco that was also a racing car company in Cars 1-3.

There are at least 2 Pixar movie references in this image. The Goggles of the scuba diver who took Nemo in Finding Nemo(2003) and the Casey Jr Cookies box from A Bug's Life(1998). @50:52

Dinoco Gas station is the same as the race sponsor in the movie Cars.

You will find that the antique store window reads "Est. 1986." This is the same year that Pixar Animation Studios was founded.

As Forky and Woody get into Gabby Gabby's carriage and begin to roll away, "Midnight, The Stars, and You", the song from the end of The Shining, plays on an old phonograph. This is in keeping with many Shining references throughout the series.

The toys move realistically based on the way they're built. Gabby Gabby's eyes are weighted, so that they close when she's laid down, like a baby doll. She doesn't truly "blink", her eyes just wobble when her head moves.
