When the unbreakable vow has been made between Narcissa and Snape a visible scar/mark can be seen on Narcissas back hand.

When Dumbledore first meets Tom Riddle in Harry Potter And The Half-Blood Prince (2009), there's a 2-seconds-lasting scene in which there's a picture that shows the exact same cliff Albus and Harry will explore later in the movie to find the horcrux.

Dumbledore says he may have found another horcrux, but he's not talking about the locket they later find. He's talking about Harry himself. You can tell by the way he says dark magic leaves traces and comes close to examine Harry's scar.

Dumbledore is able to discern Slughorn illusion because of his work discovering the 12 uses of dragons blood.
