M. Night Shyamalan's cameo in Split (2016) as a landlord is the same drug dealer from Unbreakable (2000). Shyamalan initially shot the scene with the same glasses from Unbreakable but then pick the one without it since it wouldn't make sense for someone to wear the same glasses for 16 years

A brief scene at the end of the movie shows that each different personality of Kevin (out of 23) has its own toothbrush.

Because of the abuse Casey flashbacked in Split (2016), she used to wear heavy clothing with many layers. She was quiet and scared to show her scars. In Glass (2019) she's now confident and strong.

Reuses the main theme from Unbreakable in the final scene as an audio cue to the connection

David dunn (unbreakable) makes an appearance. One of his abilities is that he can detect something bad someone has done by physical contact. It kind of looks like the girl nudges him slightly as she gets up to leave, and he glances back at her. Could he have seen something bad?

Dr. Fletcher says "To whom am I speaking with now." This may be an example of hypercorrection, demonstrating that Fletcher wants to appear professional and sophisticated, but is actually incorrect in her grammar and, possibly, her professional opinions of her patient(s).

James McAvoy was frustrated in filming a scene with the multiple personalities talking amongst each other, and he punched a door that broke his knuckle. McAvoy filmed for three days without telling anyone and his swollen hand can be seen in this scene.

When Kevin walks up to the car to kidnap the girls in the beginning you can see multiple sets of legs walking towards the dad in the bumper.

Dr. Fletcher can be heard watching 'Wheel of Fortune' with her neighbour in an early scene. This can be seen as a metaphor for James McAvoys' split personality character. It also alludes to the ultimate fate she meets upon landing on the wrong personality.

A brief cameo by Bruce Willis suggests that one or more M Night Shyamalan films share the same universe, and that Willis may return to his role as the elder Cole Sear (The Sixth Sense) in an upcoming production
