The First Avenger Movie Trivia
A man dressed in red can be seen in a large tube during the Stark Expo 1943. This character is also known as the Human Torch, an android that could set himself aflame, created by scientist Phineas Horton.
Cap throws a Hydra agent out of the Valkyrie who screams as he falls in Captain America: The First Avenger (2011). This is mimicked in The Avengers (2012) when he throws a mind-controlled Shield agent off the Helicarrier, who falls and screams in the same way.

The sound clip used during cap lifting Mjolnir is the same that they played during cap jumping the bridge in his first movie.
For the briefest moment, we see Meredith Quill(Starlords mother) saying hi to Captain America.
During his stage performance Steve Rodgers punches a man dressed as Adolf Hitler, which resembles the cover of Captain America #1 comic (1941).
When they are chasing the plane at the end of the movie, Tommy Lee Jones' character presses a 'K' button that makes the car go faster, referencing his role in Men In Black as K.
When Red Skull opens the box containing the Tesseract, his words "and the F?hrer digs for trinkets in the desert" are a reference to Raiders of the Lost Ark.
The Nazis who visit the Red Skull are named after former members of the pre-Techno band Kraftwerk (explanation in comments)
Steve Rogers asks Abraham Erskine where he's from - "Queens...before that Germany." Erskine asks Rogers where he's really from and he replies "Brooklyn." In Civil War, he asks the same thing of Spider-Man and they both have the same replies.
Someone calls out Cap's location. Which is, of course, "on your left."

When Dr. Erskine is telling Steve about his denial to give Schmidt the super soldier serum, even though no sound is present in the flash back, you can make out the Dr. Erskine says "Nien" instead of "No" which is appropriate because they were in Germany.
